I have everything up to date and I cannot find any place to get the drivers, thanks in advance for the help. Windows found the drivers for your device but encountered an error attempting to install them "Windows encountered a problem installing the drivers for your device I have tried updating the drivers but then I run into another problem and i get this message: Send the version to Imprivata Support.My iPhone 7 plus isn't being recognised by my computer (windows 10) and after following through this apple support page and many other apple support pages and discussions I still have the problem. These may vary wildly from one PC to another.ħ. Do not click on the item with “Composite” in the name.Ħ.
The driver version may also be helpful, especially if the driver is reporting problems. Double-click on on the item called either Apple Mobile Device USB Device or Apple Mobile Device USB Driver. If so, please send a screenshot to Imprivata Support.ĥ. First, note if any of these drivers show a YELLOW WARNING TRIANGLE, as in the example below.
